6. Returns and Exchanges
As our collections are produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing details and photographic evidence of the issue.
  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
